Please STOP saying ‘charge your worth’ this year!!!

You can’t charge your worth — you’re priceless. Charge the VALUE of your work.

YOUR *WORTH* is not tied to * A N Y T H I N G * — it is inherent in your BEING. You are worthy simply because you are YOU. And because you are human. And because you are here, right now, on this planet.

Your WORK in the world is not tied to your WORTH. But it IS unique to you. And you can, absolutely, charge for the VALUE you bring to the table.

That VALUE is based on your knowledge, your experience, your drive, your energy, your uniqueness. All of that rolled into one, is the VALUE you possess. Charge people for THAT.

One of the things that’s ingrained in us by the education system is you are what you do. That your job, your profession, your knowledge, defines you. And I’m here to tell you that’s bullshit.

Your gifts and talents and knowledge are yours to share but they do not define your WORTHINESS or who you ARE. Your work in the world does not define your greatness.

That is defined by how you treat people. By your compassion, your empathy, your grace, and your love.

Start charging for the value you provide and KNOW that you are always worthy.
